Our factory is located in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, China – the factory area is over 30,000 square meters. We welcome overseas partners to visit our production base and showroom.

How long does delivery take after production?

Standard production takes about 35–45 days, depending on order volume. Shipping time varies by destination, usually 20–30 days by sea to most global ports.

Yes. We can provide remote training via video calls or dispatch technicians for on-site support for large-scale or complex projects.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and take photos of videos of any damage. Notify us within 3 days, and we will send replacement components or file a claim with the forwarder.
